Ir. Zainudin bin Md Yusof is the CEO of Single Buyer, overseeing electricity planning, procurement and settlement for Peninsular Malaysia. A Professional Engineer with 33 years of experience and a Master’s from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), he contributed to ASEAN Interconnection Masterplan Study (AIMS) and leads major initiatives including Large Scale Solar Programme (LSS), Corporate Green Power Programme (CGPP), New Enhanced Dispatch Arrangement (NEDA), Energy Exchange Malaysia (ENEGEM), Cross Border Electricity Sales (CBES) and Lao PDR–Thailand–Malaysia–Singapore Power Trade Project (LTMS-PIP).
